SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders will be sent with DHL or a courier of our choice and will require a signature or receipt. International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days and domestic orders within 6-8 business days.
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping & $36 flat shipping for all international orders.
Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
For deliveries within India all taxes are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
RETURNS
Please note that each item is crafted by skilled artisans and personally inspected by Kashmir Colors finishing team for quality control before it is packaged and sent out for delivery, thus ensuring that your item is in perfect condition when sent to you.

Shipping and Service charges are the responsibility of the customer, If return a purchase.
The return of the product is to be done by customer. We currently do not provide a reverse pick up service.
The item must be returned and received by us within 11 days or it will not be eligible for refund, exchange.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.
Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days. Thank You.
